Miss India Earth 2009 - Shriya Kishore

05 Apr 09 -- Shriya Kishore was crowned as Pantaloons Femina Miss India (PFMI) Earth 2009. Shriya is 22 years old, towering at 5'10.5", measures 33-24-38 and weighs 59kgs.
There were 20 lovely finalists who competed in Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2009 beauty pageant after being trimmed down from over 100 aspiring contestants in the regional rounds.
Shriya also won the Sahara Star Femina Miss Hospitality minor award.
The pageant had newly designed crowns exquisitely crafted by Collection G in association with D’damas and World Gold Council. The intricately crafted crowns were inspired by the Sun, Moon and the Stars.
Among the judges are Sushmita Sen, Madhur Bhandarka, Ravi Krishnan, Asin, Mickey Boardman, Anil Chopra, Deepika Padukone and Ajay Devgan. The hosts of the evening were Malaika Arora Khan and Madhavan. The delegates walked the ramp choreographed by Marc Robinson, the fashion director of PFMI 2009.
Pantaloons, in association with Femina Miss India, now enters its third year. The pageant finals was held in Andheri Sports Club in Mumbai.(WE)
