Tessa Kruger of Fil Canada Topped the WE Polls for Miss Earth Philippines 2009

08 May 09 -- Visitors of Woman of the Earth Site and Forum were asked whom they prefer among the delegates of Miss Philippines Earth 2009 to become Miss Earth Philippines 2009.

The polls started on 01 May and ended on 08 May 12nn GMT+3. Voters were allowed to make multiple choices but can only have one voting session.

The poll was well participated that it exceeded the number of votes of all other previous Woman of the Earth Polls combined.

Due to the strong response and Miss Philippines 2009 is an exclusive Miss Earth national pageant, a special announcement will be made for the modified Top 16 (ties will be counted as two delegates).

Here are the results:

	First Place, 34% Tessa Kruger, 21 Canada (Fil.) Life Sciences Student WE: An impressive following who did not give a chance for the second place to go near her.
	Second Place, 14% Maria Melissa Lim, 25 San Pedro Bank Teller WE: Out of nowhere Maria Melissa shoots up to second place on the last few days of the poll.
	Third Place, 10% Kathrina Camille Suarez, 19 Calamba Tourism Student WE: She also went up the polls during the last few days of the poll.
	Fourth Place, 6.7% Charmaine Chiong, 24 USA West Coast (Fil.) Computer Science Graduate WE: Another delegate from a Filipino Community abroad who at one time topped the poll.
	Fifth Place, 6.6% Sandra Inez Seifert, 25 Negros Occidental Registered Nurse WE: Sandra is the most controversial candidate of this year’s Miss Earth delegates and a multi pre-pageant awardee. She topped the poll in the first few days and continually slipped but still managed to make a strong finish at 5th.
	Sixth Place, 3% Alexis Go, 20 Manila Dentistry Student
	Seventh Place, 2.1% Michelle Martha Braun, 18 Aklan Business Administration Student
	Eighth Place, 1.9% Czarina Mae Justo, 23 Antipolo Medical Technology Graduate
	Ninth Place, 1.5% Elizabeth Naluz, 18 Las Piñas ECE Student
	Tenth Place, 1.3% Kathleen Jebulan, 23 Sorsogon Communication Arts Graduate
	11th Place, 1.2% Grezilda 'Adie' Adelantar, 21 Victorias Tourism Graduate
	11th Place, 1.2% Maria Raenalyn Guansing, 21 Baguio Communication Arts Graduate
	12th Place, 1.1% Monique Teruelle, 20 Bataan Psychology Student
