Miss Earth 2008 Crowning the First Ever Miss Turismo Pilipina 2008
Karla's first appearance on TV after Miss Earth coronation. She crowned Sherylee Sustiguer as the very first Miss Turismo Pilipina on 14 November 2008. The event was held at the AFP Theatre. The concept of this pageant is similar to Miss Italia Nel Mundo.
