ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA. Genet Denboba Ogeto, Miss Earth Ethiopia 2009, is all set to represent the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, the oldest independent country in Africa in the international Miss Earth 2009 beauty pageant.

Genet's participation to the environmentally-conscious pageant was confirmed by the organizers of Beauties of Africa, Inc., the franchise holder of Miss Earth Ethiopia. Genet comes from Ethiopia's capital city, Addis Ababa. She is  22 years old and works as an international model. She stands 5 feet and 10 inches (178cm).
